We transformed St. Francis Hall in Washington, DC into a gorgeous and rustic venue for Kevin + Daniella's winter wedding.
Here are a few highlights from that night:
When Daniella reached out to us about her vision for her wedding day, we were so excited especially after we visited her venue - a hidden gem in Washington, DC called St. Francis Hall.
St. Francis Hall is a charming facility adjacent to the beautiful Franciscan Monastery in the quiet Brookland neighborhood of northeast Washington, DC that was perfect to hold the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one place.
Daniella came over to our studio to share her vision of a winter wedding at St. Francis Hall and after sharing a cup of coffee and putting together a few mood boards, Daniella settled on an elegant vision that matched her navy and gold theme.
A few weeks before the wedding, we scoped out the venue and we were excited for the natural lighting coming through as well as all the space and high ceiling we could work with:
Here's how her wedding turned out...
(Spoiler alert: we were swooning over the bride and groom and crying over how beautiful their ceremony was)
The three of us collaborated with their catering company to provide Eiffel Tower vases, candles, lighting, and even the backdrop to add an extra touch of elegance to their already beautiful wedding.
Theirs was such a beautiful and meaningful ceremony, but of all the moments they had, this is where we started tearing up a bit ...
We're still looking for a few more couples who might be interested in working with us this year. If you know of any engaged couples looking for help to design and execute their wedding day, we'd love to give you $25 in either Starbucks or Amazon.com credit.

The Rust Manor House provided the perfect blank canvas for Kevin and Emily's wedding.
My sister and I had a BLAST designing and styling this gorgeous summer wedding in the heart of Virginia for our dear friends - Kevin + Emily.
Emily, the blushing bride, requested for something chic, rustic, and elegant so we decided to work in some manzanita branches in vases and a floral arch in front of their ceremony.
It was a fairly hot day and designing the space took us about 2.5 hours in total - but the end product was totally worth it. Here's a snapshot of what we came up with courtesy of Julia over at Sincerely, The Kitchens.
With summer coming to an end - we wanted to make sure we made the most of the last days of summer by incorporating a lot of white, blush, and mint-green colored pieces and floral arrangements.
We still have more from that glorious wedding to to share. But we're excited to see what the fall brings us!
We had the privilege of working with old friends, Kevin + Emily to design and decorate their wedding day.
We had dinner with the adorable couple just 2 weeks before their wedding when they shared their vision of a DIY rustic-themed wedding. With only two weeks until their wedding day, they were hoping to adorn their wedding day in mint-green and gold.
We were thrilled to be able to collaborate and design with Kevin + Emily for their cocktail hour and ceremony at the Rust Manor House in Leesburg, VA.
Congratulations to our dear friends! #youmaynowkusthebride
